Diversity and Inclusion Portal
Worked directly with agency partner Voyage Communications and Southern Company to organize, coordinate and implement a Diversity and Inclusion microsite, which served as an internal company portal for employees to find information and education on best practices to be used in the workplace when working with others.
Developed wireframes and storyboards to inform and direct customer/employee journeys through the site and led team through the design, creation, development and implementation phases.
Key Responsibilities / Achievements Include:
- Collaborated with C-suite, Directors, and department management stakeholders to assess expectations and outcomes of the portal.
- Scheduled and organized meetings to establish asset managers, timeframe and deadlines for deployment.
- Managed and assigned team tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
- Built portal architecture using Lucidchart. Created portal using HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
- Worked with stakeholders to gain the necessary buy-in and approvals to move project forward and adhere to the scheduled timeline.
- Worked directly with stakeholders to answer questions, document changes, update project timeline, allocate resources, and provide updated schedule and progress.
- Delivered final project to Southern Company IT team to launch on their staging server and perform quality assurance with IT team, agency partner team, and internal team.
- Achieved project completion and complete customer satisfaction within the three-month project deadline and within the estimated $25k budget.
