I was responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the website and content for Coca-Cola North America's corporate Intranet. At first, I developed the site by hand in an agile way, then as the project grew, I transitioned into the project manager in charge of a team of three developers, two copywriters, and was in direct communication with higher and higher levels of internal stakeholders within the company.
I was highly successful on this project for more than two years. The project ended when it was pulled in-house. I was offered to move into Coca-Cola and continue the project but declined as I "owned my own agency" - but I probably should have taken the position. If I did, I'd probably be a VP of marketing by now.
